New!!! Adult Co-ed League - STILL TIME TO SIGN-UP!!

Great first game!!

We need pitchers and catchers.
If you know someone that wants to try bring them out. We almost have enough players for 6 teams but need pitchers and catchers to make this happen!

The Burlington Amateur Softball Association is excited to announce that we are starting a new league within our organization. This is a modified fastball, co-ed, adult league. Ages 18- up (exceptions- ages 16 &17 allowed if players have past playing experience and a parent is playing as well). This is a competitive but also a fun league.

This league will officially start in the Spring of 2023 but we are running 4 games this summer/fall. These 4 games are FREE.  This is an opportunity to come and check out the game before the season starts next spring.  Come to as many or as little as you like.

Game dates are on:

  • Sunday September 25 @ 5:00pm
  • Sunday October  2 @ 5:00pm

Games are at Brant Hills Diamonds D1 & D3

Please arrive 20 mins early.

Teams will be made up just before the start of the game.

Players need to bring a glove and helmet. A few helmets will be available as spares. Cleats and other baseball equipment optional. NO metal cleats or hardball bats allowed. All bats must be softball Canada approved.

What is modified fast ball?

Modified fastball or slingshot is the style of pitching. The pitching is an underhand motion with the ball not going above the pitchers head. This is modified from a windmill pitch.

The diamond is set up similar to a normal softball game. 9 players in the field. Plate umpire, balls, bats and catchers gear is provided.

This is open to ANYONE ages 18 and older (ages 16&17 as outlined above) please pass this on to your friends that may be interested.

All interested players are asked to follow the link below to register and fill out the league waiver form to play.
