U13 - Squirt - 2011-2012 - female

U22- Midget - 2002- 2006 - female
BMFL- Adult league - 17 and older - co-ed
The BMFL is a co-ed adult league for ages 17 and up. This is not a windmill style pitching League. Pitching is a underhand motion but still quick. Click the link above for more information
House League Select teams are tournament teams. Teams practice once a week along with usually 4 tournament per season. Tryouts are held in mid April. All players must play house League to play Select. Additional fees apply.
BASA select program runs for all divisions U11 and older (depending on the number of players and coaches interested.)

It is mandatory that all infielders wear a fielders mask. This will be for ages 10 and older (divisions: mite, squirt, novice, bantam and midget) NO EXCEPTIONS It’s not mandatory for outfielders but highly recommended.
All batters MUST have a cage on their helmet ages 10 and older.

BASA is looking for more Umpires for the 2024 Season. No prior experience is needed. BASA and Softball Ontario offers free training to those interested. 1 Day training course will be held in the Spring. BASA covers all costs for training, shirt, hat and protective equipment. The Burlington Amateur Softball Association (BASA) has been in operation since 1963 and provides both recreational and competitive softball for hundreds of boys and girls in Burlington. BASA takes great pride in our programs, the quality and quantity of our volunteer base, our close relationship with the City of Burlington and most importantly our players.
